CLYDESDALE

This breed of horse is known for its action and versatility, a draft horse breed originated in Clydesdale, Scotland. It's bred to carry heavy loads in rural and urban places. However, they are less good in plowing for they are big enough big to fit in the furrow. Its average height is about 1.68 m (16.2 hh), but some are larger and weigh up to a tonne. They have distinct large hoofs with many silky feathers. Clydesdales are also used in competitive draft horse showing in which they are judged in harness driving.

THOROUGHBRED

This horse breed evolved in 17th-and 18th-century England to satisfy the enthusiasm of the gentry and their kings for horse racing. Over the last 200 years a worldwide Thoroughbred racing industry has grown up, and the breed has emerged as the greatest single influence on the world horse population, passing on increased size, improved movement and conformation, as well as speed, courage, and mental stamina.

bunny rabbits

Bunny Rabbits are lovable, social animals that make good companion pets for people who are patient enough to learn about the special needs of these adorable creatures. Pet rabbits in captivity have a lifespan of more than 10 years, and although rabbit care is not difficult, they do have some specific care requirements. It is unfortunate that the association between rabbits and Easter means many bunnies are purchased on impluse at this time of year, and they often end up neglected or taken to shelters. Grown rabbits need as much attention and care as a dog, and in addition, they do not make the best pets for children because, in general, rabbits do not like to be held and cuddled. Therefore, it is advised to thoroughly research pet rabbits before deciding to bring one home as a pet.

lionhead rabbits

Lionhead Rabbits are an exciting new rabbit!
Even though they are a recognized breed in England,
they are not yet a recognized breed with the
A
merican Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA).
Currently both Purebred and Hybrid Lionheads
can be shown at ARBA shows under the
Purposed Working Standard
for the breed. They will
have their first official showing with the ARBA in 2004.
The American version of the Lionhead Rabbit will
have erect ears and adults should remain under 3 3/4 pounds to be shown.

These little rabbits have a mane of wool encircling
their head much like a male African Lion. (Both male &
female Lionheads have a mane). Unlike other wool
rabbit breeds, the Lionhead Rabbit has normal fur on
the rest of their bodies. They are very friendly, easy to
train and make excellent pets. Once they reach
adulthood they do not require the extensive grooming
that some of the other wool breeds do.

The large, round eyes are dark in color, but lighter on blue and liver dogs. The large, pendant, low-set ears hang down and are covered in abundant hair. The back is level. The muscular legs are straight and well-boned. The high-set tail is carried over the back covered in abundant hair. Dewclaws are sometimes removed. The double coat is dense and long, flowing down over the dog. The hair above the eyes is often tied in a topknot. There is a profuse beard and mustache and the hair on the muzzle is short. HAVANESE

If never primped, clipped or altered in any way, the Havanese gives a rugged impression in a little dog. The legs are strong and allow for free and easy movement. The dark eyes and long tail are covered with long silky hair. The profuse coat varies from wavy to curly. The Havanese is a double-coated breed with soft hair, both on outer and undercoat. Adult coat reaches 6 to 8 inches, and has a pearly sheen. Some Havanese carry a short haired recessive gene. If two Adults with this recessive gene have a litter of puppies, it is possible that some of the puppies will be born with smooth coats. A Havanese with a short coat cannot be shown and is a serious fault in the show arena. Some have nicknamed the Havanese born with short coats Shavanese. Eye rims, the nose and lips are solid black on all colors except the true chocolate dog. The Havanese comes in any color, including cream, gold, white, silver, blue, and black. Also parti and tricolors. In North America, all colors are recognized, no preference is given to one color over another. Black and chocolate are preferred colors with many North American breeders. A chocolate Havanese must retain at least a 1 inch (2.6 cm.) patch of chocolate hair. Chocolates also have green or amber eyes. In some European Countries the black and chocolate dogs, were not always recognized. But the black dogs have been recognized for several years, and the Chocolate dogs are now recently recognized. The gait is unique, lively & 'springy" which accentuates the happy character of the Havanese. Tail is carried up over the back when gaiting. The breed is of solid physical type and sound constitution. The Havanese gives a rugged impression of a little dog, it is sturdy, and while a small breed, it is neither fragile nor overdone.

Lahore

The Lahore is large for a pigeon, approximately 10.5 inches tall and 11.5 long. From shoulder to shoulder, it measures 5.5 inches. Its markings are also unusual: the base color is white, with a secondary color beginning at the juncture of beak and wattle and spreading in an arc over the eyes and across the back and wings. The rump and tail are to be white, though in pigeon shows the majority of attention is paid to the quality of the head, neck, and wing markings.
The neck should be heavily feathered and should lead to a full, broad chest. Cheeks should be plump, and the beak should be "broad and stout and rather blunt at the tip."  Feet and legs are feathered so that the bird appears to be wearing thick stockings.
Lahore are bred in many different colors, including Blue-bar, Checkered, Red, Blue, Brown, and Black.

The Fantail is a popular  breed of fancy pigeon. It is characterised by a fan-shaped tail composed of 30 to 40 feathers, abnormally more than most members of the pigeon family, which usually have 12 to 14 feathers. The breed is thought to have originated in India and china. There are several subvarieties, such as the english fantiol, the India, and the Thai Fantail. Charles Darwin used it as one of the examples in the first chapter of On the origion Of species  Fantails are often used by pigeon flyers in the training of racing pigeons and Tipples. They are used as droppers in that they are placed on the loft landing board as a signal to the flying birds to come in and be fed. There is a feather mutation called Silky that gives an interesting lace effect to a Fantails tail feathers. Fantails with this mutation are known as Silky or Lace Fantails.
